Sassy Tools Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Sassy Tools' websites, applications, and individual software products (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Creative Cat LLC ("Creative Cat," "Sassy Tools," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a Service, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
2. The Services
Sassy Tools offers a lineup of individual SaaS products — currently including Projects, Tasks, Record, SEO, Notes, Backlinks, and AI-assisted features — that may be purchased separately. Access to any given product is limited to what you or your organization has purchased; purchasing one Service does not grant access to others. A bundle covering the full lineup may be available at a reduced price; bundle terms, pricing, and availability are provided separately at the time of purchase.
We may add, change, or discontinue individual Services or features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes affecting Services they have purchased.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@creativecat.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Purchases & Billing
Pricing for individual Services and any bundle is provided by our sales team at the time of purchase. Fees are billed on the schedule agreed at signup and are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated in your order. We may change pricing for future billing periods with advance notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; reverse-engineer or resell the Services without our written consent; or upload content that infringes another party's rights.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Some Services let you connect third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) assets. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data received through those integrations, and our Data Deletion Instructions for how to request deletion of that data.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by Creative Cat LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services you've purchased for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"); you grant us a license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Services.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Cat LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Creative Cat LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated "Last updated" date, and will provide additional notice for material changes where required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Creative Cat LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Jurisdiction and dispute-resolution details to be finalized with counsel.]
