Sassy Tools Data Deletion Instructions

Creative Cat LLC owns and operates Sassy Tools and its Sassy Insights product. Sassy Insights allows authorized users to connect Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Meta business portfolios, and Meta advertising accounts. The Growth Keys Insights Meta app (App ID 1708611677075414) is the technical Meta developer app used by Sassy Insights and is covered by these instructions.

You may request deletion of information that Sassy Tools received from Meta at any time, regardless of where you live.

Request Deletion by Email

Email info@creativecat.co with the subject line:

Meta Data Deletion Request

Include:

1. The email address associated with your Sassy Tools account.
2. The name and, if available, ID of the Facebook Page, Instagram account, Meta business portfolio, or ad account you connected.
3. A statement that you want Sassy Tools to delete the associated Meta data.

Do not send your Facebook or Instagram password, access token, or other login credentials.

We may request limited additional information to securely match the request to our records and verify that you control the relevant Sassy Tools account or are authorized to act for the connected Meta asset.

What We Delete

After verification, we will:

• Disable scheduled data refreshes for the relevant integration.
• Revoke access tokens where Meta provides a revocation method and delete stored OAuth and Page access tokens under our control.
• Permanently delete identifiable Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Meta business portfolio, and Meta advertising data within the verified scope of the request.
• Permanently delete associated refresh caches, imported reports, and dashboard data under our control.

We complete verified deletion requests as promptly as reasonably practicable and no later than 90 days after verification. We may retain limited records when required by law or needed to prevent fraud or investigate a security incident.

Aggregate statistics may remain only if they cannot reasonably be linked to a person, Meta account, or connected business asset. Files or reports that a user exported or shared outside Sassy Tools are not under our control and must be deleted by the user or recipient who controls those copies.

We will email you when the request has been completed or if we need additional information.

Disconnect Through Meta

You may also remove the app's access through your Facebook or Instagram settings. Removing the integration through Meta stops future access but may not, by itself, delete information previously imported into Sassy Tools. To ensure deletion of previously imported information, submit the email request described above.
